No Refund Policy

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all services, including:
   •    Completed documents
   •    Work in progress
   •    Cancelled requests after payment
   •    Changes in personal circumstances

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:
   •    Providing complete and accurate information
   •    Reviewing documents for accuracy before submission
   •    Understanding the service being purchased

Failure to provide accurate information does not qualify for a refund.

Corrections

If an error is made by Allens Docs Service, we will promptly correct the mistake at no additional cost.
However, refunds will not be provided.
